A mainstay of the Japanese techno scene, Q'Hey's been a DJ since 1989. He's the primary organizer behind the fabled Reboot techno series at Maniac Love and the founder of Moon Age Recordings. In 2011 he founded BPM Japan (Be Positive Music) to benefit victims of the earthquake/tsunami.
